Bryan has been in practice for over 8 years and the last 4-1/2 years as a director. He has a board specialty in orthopedics as well as a manual therapy certification. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf andbaseball, seeing live music and spending time and traveling with his wife Lindsay.

Scott Crutchfield, PT, DPT

Scott graduated with his DPT from Western University of Health Sciences in 2016 with a primary focus on manual therapy and Orthopedics. Scott has 10 plus years of experience in strength in conditioning focusing in all age groups and skill levels with a main focus on professional Hockey, Lacrosse and Skiing athletes. Scott grew up in Toronto, Canada and still has a love for competing in Hockey as well as golf, cycling and downhill skiing. When he isn't riding his bike or playing hockey he enjoys spending time with his wife and puppy.

Tenay Maddox, PT, DPT

Tenay has been in practice for 7 years, having worked in a staff therapist capacity as well as an in-home orthopedic setting most recently. Tenay graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2009 and has had a focus on manual therapy in her multiple settings since graduation. Tenay enjoys spending time with her first born bundle of joy and her husband travelling, taking cruises, playing the occasional round of golf with her husband and rooting on the Angels!

Saloni Parikh

Saloni Parikh, OTR/L

Saloni has a passion for working with individuals with all kinds of upper extremity conditions. She takes pleasure in reading articles involving upper extremity conditions and treatments so that she can provide quality care for her patients. Saloni is also a professional dancer of classical north Indian dance. She has been on tour with her dance company in India and performs for local and national charities often. On weekends, Saloni enjoys hiking and catching up with her friends and family over a cup tea.

Jill has been in practice for over 20 years and enjoys treating upper extremity patients as well. She enjoys baking and cheering her youngest daughter in volleyball matches. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 other children as well.
